2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, once work has commenced or been delivered, refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
Eligible for Refund:
- If no work has been started and you request cancellation within 24 hours of payment.
- If the service delivered does not match the scope agreed upon in the signed agreement or order confirmation.
- If there are verifiable issues with the service that remain unresolved after multiple revision attempts.
Not Eligible for Refund:
- If the project has been initiated or partially/fully delivered.
- If delays or poor results occur due to insufficient input, delayed communication, or unavailability from your side.
- For services purchased under discounted packages or promotional offers.
- If expectations were not met due to unrealistic outcomes beyond industry standards (e.g., “guaranteed #1 Google rankings”).
Refund Request Process:
- Email us at support@honoc.in with your project details and refund reason.
- We will review the request within 5-7 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel any recurring service (e.g., monthly SEO packages) with 7 days’ prior notice before the next billing cycle.
- For one-time projects, cancellations after work has started will be subject to a partial refund, based on the work completed up to that point.
4. Revisions and Dispute Resolution
We value client satisfaction and offer up to 2 free revisions per service where applicable. If you are still not satisfied after revisions, we encourage open dialogue and will work with you to find a fair resolution.
